Born on January 30, 1940, in New York City, NY, Arthur spent his life in various states before settling in Columbus, Ohio. His journey was one marked by an unwavering commitment to education and a deep-seated love for his family.
Arthur was a thoughtful and smart individual who dedicated his life to continuous learning and teaching. His academic achievements, including graduating Summa Cum Laude from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and earning a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, were a testament to his dedication to knowledge. It was also at Michigan where he met his wife Elizabeth, with whom he was happily married for more than 60 years. His career as an engineer was built on his unyielding curiosity. After retiring from AT&T Bell Laboratories/Lucent, he learned to prepare taxes and helped others for over fifteen years.
