John Joseph Napoli, age 86 of New Albany, Ohio passed away on Sunday, June 30th, 2024. John was born on September 18, 1937, in Oelwien, Iowa to Leo and Mary (Fazio) Napoli.John was of the utmost intelligence, the first of his family to not only attend college but earn a master’s degree. He continued to have a successful career in sales, teaching, and entrepreneurial endeavors. His love for his Italian heritage led him to opening his beloved, Napoli’s Villa.In his free time, John enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, following the horses at the racetrack, hitting the slots at the casino, and playing cards. John also had a charitable side supporting the local New Albany Lions Club and attending mass at a variety of churches over the years, most recently attending Espiritu Santo.
