Sally Payne, 63, of Coshocton, OH passed away on Sunday June 30, 2024.
She was born on June 25, 1961 to Paul and Lois Cornelius.
She is survived by her children Jennifer, Tyler, Amanda, and Sierra, as well as many other family members and friends.
